CLUSTER OF FARMHOUSES

This proposal brings together a cluster of semi-detached farmhouses, blending traditional charm with modern living. Situated along a semi-busy road with a countryside backdrop, the design preserves the area’s heritage through the use of traditional materials while maintaining privacy for each unit. I managed on-site assessments, client consultations, and planning authority negotiations. Using AutoCAD, I developed detailed design proposals and conceptual visualisations, ensuring that each farmhouse retained its individuality while integrating seamlessly into a cohesive layout. The design also incorporates ample underground parking for convenience without compromising the landscape. The result is a thoughtfully planned residential cluster that honours the character of its surroundings while delivering privacy, practicality, and timeless appeal.
