Shearers Quarters (Smoko Room), NSW

I was tasked with developing a space that maximises comfort and adaptability. The design features walls that fully open to create an indoor-outdoor experience in good weather, while adjustable shutters provide ventilation and natural light even when closed, ensuring protection from the elements. This project also marked a milestone for the company. Typically, their project confirmation timeframe ranges from 6 to 16 weeks, but with the use of high-quality renders, they were able to visualise the final design clearly and approved it in under two weeks—a company first. These renders not only streamlined decision-making but also set a new standard for improving visualisation and sales in their future projects
